Όλα ξεκίνησαν σε μια μικρή κουζίνα στην Πάτρα. Ο Billy έψηνε cinnamon rolls για φίλους — μέχρι που οι φίλοι άρχισαν να φέρνουν τους δικούς τους φίλους.

Η φιλοσοφία είναι απλή: αληθινά υλικά, μικρές παρτίδες, καμία βιασύνη. Η ζύμη ξεκουράζεται όσο χρειάζεται, η κανέλα είναι πάντα Κεϋλάνης και το παγωτό φτιάχνεται από φρέσκο γάλα και φρούτα εποχής.

Το νεότερο κεφάλαιο είναι τα παγωτά — ξεκινώντας από το φιστίκι Αιγίνης που έγινε αμέσως αγαπημένο. Και ναι, ο σκύλος εγκρίνει κάθε νέα γεύση πριν βγει στη βιτρίνα. 🐶

The philosophy is simple: real ingredients, small batches, no shortcuts. The dough rests as long as it needs to, the cinnamon is always Ceylon, and the ice cream is made with fresh milk and seasonal fruit.

The newest chapter is ice cream — starting with the Aegina pistachio that became an instant favourite. And yes, the dog approves every new flavour before it hits the display. 🐶
